Introduction of TCRT5000 IR Tracking Sensor
The TCRT5000 sensor's infrared emitting diode continuously emits infrared light. When the emitted infrared light is not reflected back or the reflected light is not strong enough, the phototransistor remains off. At this point, the module's output is low, and the indicator diode remains off. When the object appears within the detection range, the infrared light is reflected back with sufficient intensity, saturating the phototransistor. At this point, the module's output is high, and the indicator diode lights up. AO is the analog signal, and the voltage at different distances varies. DO is the digital output signal.
