About LED Introduction

LED stands for light-emitting diode and is made from a mixture of compounds: gallium (Ga), arsenic (As), and phosphorus (P). Gallium phosphide diodes emit red light, gallium phosphide diodes emit green light, and silicon carbide diodes emit yellow light. The reverse breakdown voltage of an LED is 5V. Because its positive volt-ampere characteristic curve is too steep, the module includes an onboard current-limiting resistor to control the current flowing through the tube during use. RGB, which stands for red, green, and blue channels, is an industry color standard. RGB displays a variety of new colors by varying and superimposing these three channels. According to statistics, 16,777,216 different colors can be created.
